Through their combination of professional skills (Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Dietitian) they're able to provide expert information, while admitting they're still figuring out life as new moms. They discuss everything related to the challenges of parenting, to making pregnancy, birth, and postpartum empowering experiences, to simple and efficient things you can do (starting today!) to keep yourself and your whole family healthy.
