Blog-episode037

Join Stephanie and Aglaée as they talk about their daily routines and how they both make sure to include time for self-care on a regular basis. Many moms feel guilty and selfish for taking time for themselves and create boundaries, but it is a true necessity for all moms. Including you! :)

In this episode, you'll see how starting our routine the night makes a big difference. You'll also hear many different examples and see that there is no one right way to incorporate more self-care into your days. Hopefully this episode will give you the inspiration and motivation to make sure you give yourself the time and space to take a break from your many roles (mom, wife, professional...) for a few hours a week so you can breathe and just be yourself.

Enjoy the listen and let us know what your self-care practice looks like! :)
