Dr. Elana interviews Dr. Mary Rondeau to discuss using food as medicine for kids on the spectrum. If your child has a diagnosis of developmental delay, autism, ADD/ADHD or has tendency towards these disorders, this show will help give you insight into what naturopathic doctors can do to help. Many of the points we touch on apply to kids who don’t have these conditions! It never hurts to be proactive in optimizing your child's health.

Enjoy the listen! You can find us on iTunes, Stitcher or Spotify. We’d love to hear your thoughts on Instagram or Facebook.

Topics Discussed:

  • How to assess what diets are best for your child
