Dr. Elana interviews Alyssa from Nutrition for Littles. Alyssa is a registered dietitian, picky eating specialist, and mom of three who understands feeding picky kids is no easy task. She believes in using gentle approaches to help kids eat more foods and balance their diet. She has been a practicing dietitian for nearly 10 years. She is the founder of Nutrition for Littles, host of the Nutrition for Littles podcast, and creator of Table Talk, the picky eating course that teaches you to be the feeding expert in your home.
