A licensed Naturopathic (ND) and Functional Medicine doctor, Dr. Brooke attended Seattle, Washington’s Bastyr University, where she earned a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.

Dr. Brooke’s postdoctoral training in women’s health and functional endocrinology as well as her personal battle with PCOS led her to specialize in female hormone issues including menopause, hypothyroidism (including Hashimoto’s), autoimmunity and endometriosis and of course, PCOS.

She helps women reset their hormones, their heads, and their habits, so they can finally feel at home in their bodies. She is also the co-host of the Sarah & Dr. Brooke Show and co-author of Hangry: Balance Your Hormones and Rediscover Your Joy In Five Simple Steps (St Martin’s Press, June 2019).

Dr. Stephanie Drummond is a pediatric occupational therapist with over twenty-three years of education, training, and experience within the field of pediatric occupational therapy.  Dr. Drummond graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelors, Masters, and Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California.  

Dr. Drummond completed intensive sensory integration training through the University of Southern California, and managed the University of Southern California’s Lifestyle Redesign Program and the Faculty Practice.  Dr. Drummond has received certification to administer the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT), Integrative Listening System, Interactive Metronome, Therapeutic Listening, and The Listening Program. She has completed courses in Handwriting Without Tears, First Strokes, Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing, Brain Gym, Floor Time, Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Reflex Integration, Zones of Regulation, and the Alert Program. She has lectured and given courses on sensory integration, feeding, handwriting readiness and intervention, and has presented to the Occupational Therapy Association of California. She has extensive training with feeding difficulties and sensory based feeding disorders with infants and children, and worked at Toomey & Associates feeding clinic located at the STAR Center in Denver, CO.  Dr. Drummond holds the CBOT Advanced Practice Certification in Swallowing Assessment, Evaluation or Intervention.

Rosanne Austin, JD, PCC, received her coaching training from Coaches Training Institute, in San Rafael, California. Jillian's education and advanced training includes a Master's degree from Columbia University School of Social Work, completion of a fellowship with the National Health Service Corps, certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), and completion of post-graduate training to become a Registered Play Therapist (RPT).

Jillian has taught as an Adjunct Lecturer on the topics of Play Therapy, Trauma, and Resilience, has co-authored several publications including Dear Mr. Leprechaun: Nurturing Resilience in Children Facing Loss and Grief; Play Therapy with Children Facing Medical Challenges; The Use of Puppets in Psychodynamic Play Therapy. She is a frequent presenter in the topics of Play and Expressive Arts Therapies nationally, and recently internationally!
